Day 01: Arrival – Welcome to the Queen of Hills (Darjeeling)

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), meet our representative and enjoy a scenic drive to Darjeeling (70 km / approx. 3–4 hours).
Check in at your luxury hotel, nestled amidst the misty mountains and rolling tea gardens. The evening is free to stroll along the Mall Road or enjoy a cozy evening at a local café overlooking the hills.

Day 02: Darjeeling – Sunrise, Heritage & Tea Trails

Rise early (around 4:00 A.M.) for an unforgettable drive to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. En route, visit the serene Ghoom Monastery and the historic Batasia Loop.

Return to the hotel for breakfast, then explore Darjeeling’s key attractions:

• Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Closed on Thursday)
• Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday)
• Tenzing Rock – Experience rock climbing thrill
• Tea Garden Visit – Witness tea plucking and processing

Spend the evening at leisure — enjoy high tea or a relaxed walk through the colonial lanes of Darjeeling.

Day 03: Darjeeling – Kalimpong – Gangtok

After breakfast, optional Toy Train Ride (subject to ticket availability, extra charge). Later, drive from Darjeeling to Gangtok via the charming hill town of Kalimpong.

En route, enjoy sightseeing at:

• Deolo Hill – Panoramic views of the Teesta River Valley
• Hanuman Mandir
• Science City
• Durpin Monastery
• Mangal Dham Temple
• Pine View Cactus Nursery

Arrive in Gangtok, check in at your elegant hotel, and relax. The evening is yours to explore MG Marg or indulge in local cuisine.

Day 04: Gangtok – Local Charm & Himalayan Views

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day Gangtok City Tour (approx. 6 hours). Visit:

• Tashi View Point

Day 05: Gangtok – The Enchanting Silk Route Adventure

After breakfast, embark on a breathtaking journey to the legendary Old Silk Route via Tsomgo Lake (approx. 121 km / 5–6 hours).

En route sightseeing:

• Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) – A sacred glacial lake at 12,400 ft
• New Baba Mandir
• Kupup Lake & Hangu Lake (Boating optional)
• Tukla Valley & Old Baba Mandir
• Jelep La Pass Viewpoint
• Laxman Chowk, Zuluk, Phadamchen
• Zigzag Road from Thambi View Point – 32 hairpin bends with stunning vistas

Optional: Tsomgo Ropeway (India’s highest altitude passenger ropeway – 12,313 ft) for an aerial view of the lake and Khangchendzonga Range.

Note: If the Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir trip is not possible due to weather or road conditions, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
Overnight stay at a boutique mountain retreat in the Silk Route region.

Day 06: Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) (approx. 120 km / 4–6 hours). Depart with unforgettable memories of the Eastern Himalayas.
