Day 01: Arrival in Coorg (Madikeri)

Arrive at Bangalore / Mysore Airport or Railway Station, where our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to Coorg (Madikeri) – a scenic drive through lush coffee plantations and rolling hills (Approx. 5–6 hours).
Upon arrival, check-in at your luxury resort or boutique stay.
After freshening up, spend the evening at leisure enjoying the serene ambiance or an optional visit to Raja’s Seat – a beautiful viewpoint offering a breathtaking sunset view over the Western Ghats.

Day 02: Coorg Sightseeing – Nature & Heritage

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Coorg’s top attractions:

• Talakaveri: The origin of the sacred River Kaveri, surrounded by mist-covered hills.
• Bhagamandala Temple: A pilgrimage site where the rivers Kaveri, Kanika, and Sujyoti meet.
• Abbey Falls: One of Coorg’s most picturesque waterfalls set amidst coffee and spice plantations.
• Omkareshwara Temple: A 19th-century temple blending Gothic and Islamic architectural styles.
• Madikeri Fort: Offers panoramic views of the surrounding town.

Return to your hotel by evening. Enjoy a bonfire or a quiet dinner under the stars.

Day 03: Dubare Elephant Camp & Nisargadhama

After breakfast, proceed to explore the wilderness side of Coorg:

• Nisargadhama: A charming river island surrounded by bamboo groves, perfect for nature walks and short boat rides.
• Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery): Located at Bylakuppe, this Tibetan monastery is one of the largest in South India and a center of Buddhist culture.

Evening free for shopping — pick up Coorg’s famous coffee, spices, homemade chocolates, and honey.

Day 04: Departure from Coorg

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Bangalore / Mysore for your onward journey with fond memories of your luxury Coorg getaway with “Plan Smart Journey.”
